ALL-ROUND HOTEL RECEPTIONISTS
Mezzo is opening a new hotel in September, and we are looking for receptionists who want to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB
– You handle incoming calls and bookings
– You welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
– You provide general information to our guests
– You can work independently and are motivated
– You speak Dutch and English fluently
– You are flexible for morning and evening shifts
– Experience in a similar position is a plus

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– Someone with a positive attitude
– Someone who welcomes guests with a smile
– Flexible in terms of working hours, during the week and/or at weekends
– Willing to complete the training and first months at our hotel in Beringen
– Enjoys working in an international environment
🇳🇱 🇬🇧 Fluent in Dutch and English. 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 French and German are a plus!

NIGHT CONCIERGE
– Live and work in our new Mezzo hotel with 82 rooms
– Are you responsible, discreet, and looking for a quiet night position with an apartment included? For our brand-new Mezzo hotel, we are looking for a night concierge who is present on-site during the night, just in case.
– Late guests can check themselves in through our system. Your role? To be present for the moments when things do not run automatically. ✨
– Good to know: this job can be combined with another job during the day!

YOUR TASKS
– Being present during the night hours, from 11:00 PM
– Intervening in case of emergencies or urgent situations
– Acting as the contact person outside regular opening hours
– Helping hotel guests evacuate in case of a fire alarm
– A quiet role with limited interventions, only in emergency situations
– The standby duty can be carried out while sleeping, as long as the phone is always within reach and you remain available for urgent calls.

BREAKFAST STAFF
– Part-time, new hotel with 82 rooms
– For our brand-new Mezzo hotel, we are looking for enthusiastic breakfast staff who will make sure our guests start their day the right way every morning.
– As a breakfast employee, you play an important role in the experience of our hotel guests. You make sure the breakfast buffet is well presented, the breakfast area stays clean and tidy, and guests receive a warm welcome in the early hours.

YOUR TASKS
– Preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet
– Refilling and keeping the breakfast area neat and tidy
– Preparing simple breakfast dishes
– Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– You are an early bird and can start your workday from 5:30 AM, or a little later during the weekend
– You have an interest in food and hygiene
– You work accurately and in an organized way
– You have a flexible attitude
– Weekend work is not a problem for you
– Experience in hospitality or hotels is a plus, but not required
