All our rooms are wheelchair friendly.

3 rooms are fully equipped and adapted (bathroom and room) for disabled guests. There are also connecting doors to those disabled rooms to access the neighbouring room if combined together.

We can provide you with a baby cot free of charges; if reserved on time and if available.  No sheets or blankets for these bby cots are provided.

The most favorable rate can only be booked online through our website. Our company policy guarantees that these online rates are at all times the cheapest.

A Double Comfort room is equipped with a double bed; dimensions 2.10m on 1.60m. 

A Twin Comfort room is equipped with two single beds with dimensions 0.90m on 2.10m.

A Junior Suite room is equipped with a double bed; dimensions 2.10m on 1.60m. 

The blankets used in the rooms are made of 100% polyester.

Our cushions are made of cotton/polyester.

Your bike can be stored in our underground parking, this is a closed parking.

Mezzo only charges you for the hotel night with or without breakfast and if requested an inside secured parking.   All other services are for free; including coffee, tea, water, WIFI and outdoor parking.

Mezzo Hotel & Business has a few rooms with a connecting door to the neighboring hotel room.  Since these rooms are limited in number, we recommend you inform yourself, in time, about the availability of these rooms.

From +10 rooms for the same night,  a policy of group reservation applies.  An advanced payment is always required.  A group reservation is paid jointly by 1 invoice.  In case of individual payments, administration costs are charged.  E-mail us for more info.

Each hotel room has an individually controllable heating system and air-conditioning system.

The reception closes at 11:00pm.  The night reception is only reachable for emergencies.  For a late arrival you need your reservation or confirmation number to check in @ kiosk.  This number can be generated through Mezzo, Booking.com or HRS. In case of doubt, please contact the reception before 10:00pm.

You are able to check-out untill 12:00 pm. When you want to check-out later, ask our receptionist or contact us through email for more information.

Mezzo Hotel & Business doesn’t offer laundry service.  An iron and an ironing board is available on request. 

Accepted payment methods are VISA, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Vpay  and cash. Accepted companies can pay by bank transfer.

There are some rooms with no opening windows in the Mezzo-building; because of traffic noise and air pollution.  Daily each room is well ventilated with purified air. 

In a double comfort room you may determine the level of ventilation yourself by a control panel; placed next to the bathroom door.

In a twin comfort room an automatic ventilation system is active.

This service is not offered.  There is a vending machine at the ground floor with soft drinks, beers and some snacks.

Coffee and tea is offered for free @ lobby.  Water is available in your room as well as @ lobby.

In our atrium there are lockers present for you to store your luggage when you are not able to access the room yet/anymore. The lockers can be provided with a lock.

Forgotten something? A pick-up can be scheduled quickly through a courier like DHL:  Pick Up DHL.

We will store lost items maximum 1year.

Outdoor parking is always free and sufficiently available.

The secured indoor parking costs €10.00/night/car. Underground e-parking spaces are also available. For more information about e-parking, see: “Electric or hybrid cars”

Pets are not allowed in the Mezzo- building.  You could rent an inside parking where you can let stay your pet dry and quiet in the  car or in a brought cage.

he entire buidling is smoking free and Mezzo Hotel & Business only offers non-smoking rooms.

The fine of smoking in the building is € 250,00.

We have a few preferred taxi partners which we can recommend.  But unfortunately we cannot guarantee their service!
